Dr. Gail Demko (D.M.D.)
is certified in Sleep Dentistry.

After 20 years as a full-time staff member at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Dr. Demko decided to limit her practice to the treatment of patients with snoring and obstructive sleep apnea and opened a limited private practice.

Since the practice accepts only patients referred by their physicians, Dr. Demko moves to various sites in the metropolitan Boston area and Indiana to make patient access a bit easier

Dentists play an important role in the team approach to the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.

Physicians, dentists, psychologists, and respiratory therapists all pool their knowledge to treat each patient appropriately and effectively.

Dentists who are specifically trained in aspects of sleep medicine and have a command of multiple appliance modalities are of great help to physicians in treating patients with sleep disordered breathing problems.
